Qatar Airways To Temporarily Reduce Flights Between Doha And Jakarta In Early 2025

Qatar Airways will reduce its weekly Doha-Jakarta flights from 21 to 18 in early 2025, aligning with seasonal demand while maintaining top-tier service quality.

Qatar Airways has announced changes to its Doha (DOH) – Jakarta (CGK) flight schedule for the first quarter of 2025. Between February 2 and March 28, the airline will reduce its weekly services between the two cities from 21 to 18. This decision reflects Qatar Airways’ approach to managing flight availability based on demand, while still maintaining a strong level of service.

The updated schedule for the Doha – Jakarta route will feature the following departures:

• QR956 will depart Doha at 02:40, arriving in Jakarta at 15:10 daily.
• QR954 will leave Doha at 08:55, landing in Jakarta at 21:25 daily.
• QR958 will take off from Doha at 18:35, arriving in Jakarta at 07:05 the next day, except on Fridays and Sundays.

For the return flights from Jakarta to Doha, the revised schedule is:

• QR955 will depart Jakarta at 00:20, arriving in Doha at 05:00 daily.
• QR959 will leave Jakarta at 08:35, landing in Doha at 13:15, except on Mondays and Saturdays.
• QR957 will take off from Jakarta at 18:10, reaching Doha at 22:50 daily.

All flights will continue to be operated by the Airbus A350-900, ensuring passengers receive the same premium comfort and services Qatar Airways is known for. Despite the reduction in frequency, the airline remains committed to providing convenient travel options for both business and leisure passengers.

This temporary change is intended to align with seasonal travel trends, allowing Qatar Airways to optimize its operations during this period. The adjustment underscores the airline’s ability to adapt to market dynamics while maintaining its high service standards across important routes.
