Germany’s Cologne Bonn Airport Now Directly Linked To Dubai And Jeddah With New Eurowings Flights

Eurowings launches direct flights from Cologne Bonn to Dubai and Jeddah, connecting travelers to the Gulf’s vibrant cultures and warm winter getaways.

Eurowings has unveiled a fresh travel opportunity for those wanting to escape the cold season, launching a new direct route from Cologne Bonn Airport to Dubai. Starting on October 28, passengers from the Cologne/Bonn area can now enjoy seamless travel to Dubai, a renowned desert metropolis known for its sunny climate, upscale shopping, and modern skyline.

This new route to Dubai will operate three times weekly, with flights departing on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, ensuring convenient return options on the same days. Travelers can look forward to a flexible schedule, perfect for either a quick getaway or an extended stay on the sunny Gulf Coast.

Additionally, Eurowings plans to expand its Middle Eastern connections with the introduction of a new route to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, beginning November 5. Known for its historic Old Town, scenic Red Sea coastline, and dynamic tourism industry, Jeddah will offer travelers another warm and culturally rich escape this winter season.

These exciting new routes bring two distinctive Gulf destinations within easy reach for travelers from the Rhineland. Whether drawn by Dubai’s futuristic appeal or Jeddah’s historical charm, passengers can now enjoy a direct path to the warmth and unique experiences of the Gulf region. Eurowings continues to open up access to enticing, sun-filled destinations as the winter months approach.

With flights lasting approximately six and a half hours, travelers can now reach Dubai directly from Cologne/Bonn. Eurowings offers one-way fares from €139.99, with flights serviced by the modern Airbus A320neo based at Cologne/Bonn Airport. Beginning next week, Eurowings will also initiate its Jeddah route, departing three times weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. This new service establishes the first direct connection between North Rhine-Westphalia and Saudi Arabia.
