Etihad Airways increases Jaipur-Abu Dhabi flights to ten weekly, enhancing US connections for Indian travelers and strengthening its focus on the growing Indian market.

Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the UAE, is gearing up to expand its weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Jaipur to ten, starting from December 15, 2024.

This move, coming just a few months after the airline began its operations to the Rajasthani city, showcases the rising demand for this route and its growing popularity.

Arik De, Chief Revenue and Commercial Officer at Etihad, said: “We’ve seen sensational demand for this service, and in response, we are giving even more love to India by increasing our weekly flights, providing the frequency and convenient timings our guests desire. This expansion gives Indian travellers easy access to both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, while offering smooth connections to our global network, all with the promise of an exceptional flying experience.”

Travelers flying from Jaipur to the United States will benefit from Abu Dhabi’s US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facility, which simplifies immigration and enhances the travel experience.

The increase in flights underscores Etihad’s strengthened focus on the Indian market, where the airline has expanded its capacity by over one-third in the past year, celebrating two decades of service to India.

These flights will be operated using Airbus A320 family aircraft, offering Etihad’s award-winning services across both Business and Economy classes, with convenient timings for travel to Abu Dhabi and access to its vast global network.

To further elevate the travel experience, Etihad’s complimentary stopover programme allows passengers to enjoy up to two free nights at luxury hotels in Abu Dhabi, providing an opportunity to explore the city’s appeal as an emerging top destination.
