From October 30, 2024, until January 15, 2025, one of the three weekly flights (operating on Day 3) will be upgraded to a larger Boeing 777-300ER, replacing the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. This shift aims to accommodate higher passenger and cargo demand during the busy holiday season by providing more seating and cargo space.

Cairo (CAI) – New York JFK (JFK):
From October 27, 2024, to December 16, 2024, EGYPTAIR will reduce the frequency of flights on this route from seven to five weekly. All flights during this period will be operated by the Boeing 777-300ER, a widebody aircraft known for its long-haul capabilities and passenger comfort. This change is intended to manage seasonal fluctuations in demand while maintaining consistent service between Cairo and New York.

Cairo (CAI) – Washington Dulles (IAD):
From October 27, 2024, to December 10, 2024, EGYPTAIR will reduce its services between Cairo and Washington Dulles from three to two weekly flights. The airline will continue to operate the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on this route, offering a modern and fuel-efficient travel experience.
