Cheval Maison Expo City Dubai To Debut Under The Strategic Leadership Of Christian Potvin In 2025

Cheval Collection appoints Christian Potvin as General Manager to lead the prestigious Cheval Maison Expo City Dubai, set to open in March 2025 with 151 luxury units.

Cheval Collection has appointed Christian Potvin as the General Manager for the upcoming Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai, which is slated to open in March 2025.

The new property will feature 151 rooms and apartments, offering options from studio layouts to opulent two-bedroom royal suites.

Christian Potvin brings extensive experience from the UAE, aligning with Cheval Collection’s strategic expansion within the region.

Previously, he held the position of Cluster General Manager at Al Hamra Residence and Al Hamra Village in Ras al Khaimah, UAE. Prior to that, he was the Director of Rooms at Accor’s Mercure Barsha Heights and served as Director of Rooms and Acting General Manager at Dukes Dubai on The Palm.

His career also includes key roles with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and the Emaar Group.

Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai will be the second property Cheval Collection has launched in the city, following the earlier opening of Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai. The group is also set to make its debut in Saudi Arabia with Cheval Ladun Living in Riyadh, expected to open in 2027.

Cheval Collection is actively pursuing growth through management contracts and collaborating with investors and developers on a global scale.

At present, the company manages 13 properties, including nine in London and three in Edinburgh.
